Custom e-Learning Course: “Welcome to the Interpipe”

«Welcome to the Interpipe» is the training course for new employees of the “Interpipe” metallurgical company.

This is an interactive elearning course, which consists of two parts and contains some key characters, who are the members of the Talent Management Service. The characters conduct a virtual tour, explain the value system, help to learn the guides and the rules by which the organization lives, introduce the history and structure of the corporation. The introduction of real prototypes brings learning closer to real-life situations, provides better adaptation to new workplace and increases person’s overall emotional evaluation of their own worth.
Such e-course features as interesting illustrations, actual photos and original ways of presenting information turn learning into fascinating process.
