Handling Customer Objections Course Starter Template — Articulate Storyline

We are glad to introduce the new Handling Customer Objections course starter template. It is designed with Articulate Storyline authoring tool. The course template would be a great choice to create a full-fledged training program about how to work with customer’s objections. It is filled with thematic graphic content and cutout people images which are used to illustrate the most common situations between a company representative and a client.

The course starter template consists of 24 slides. It is divided into 4 topics, and each topic ends with one checking knowledge slide. The course contains such types of test tasks as tests with single / multiple choice, drag-and-drop quiz, and a question with yes / no answers. All interactive slides are also available separately. The template is designed with Articulate Storyline 2 authoring tool and is fully compatible with newest versions: Storyline 3 / 360. It launches well on both PCs and mobile devices with a screen diagonal above 7 inches. You can view it in off-line mode on mobile phone or tablet by downloading Articulate Mobile Player that is available for devices based on iOS or Android.
