The gameplay follows a popular quiz-show format. Participants navigate a grid of "windows," each assigned a specific monetary value (e.g., 200, 300, 400). Higher stakes mean more complex challenges.

"Zero-Theory" Active Learning

We skipped the lectures. Learners gain knowledge by doing. When an answer is submitted, the system provides an immediate explanation. Whether you win the points or CyberRalf steals them, the "why" behind the security protocol is reinforced instantly.

Environmental Hyper-Realism

To ensure total immersion, we digitally reconstructed the bank’s actual headquarters in Kyiv. Using custom photography and architectural references, we recreated the office space, allowing participants to navigate a "digital twin" of their real-world workspace.

The "Smart-Lift" Navigation

The course architecture is designed as a vertical journey. Participants move between office floors using an interactive Smart-Lift. This serves as the central navigation hub, integrated with an audio guide that tracks progress and provides real-time coaching.

Contextual Scenarios

At the heart of the experience is a series of branch-specific and corporate cases. Participants are dropped into high-stakes workplace situations where they must apply critical thinking and the bank's core values to find the best resolution.

Gamified Discovery

As learners explore the floors, they encounter hidden tips and interactive "hotspots" that reward curiosity. This mechanic transforms a standard training module into a journey of discovery, significantly increasing engagement and knowledge retention.
