«The process of tourist service» is an informational elearning course for employees of the TUI tour operator, containing ready-made speech models for basic situations of communication with the company’s customers.

The main feature of the course is the use of real dialogues between the tourism manager and the client.

Practical exercises are aimed at developing the user’s communicative skills, and the final testing helps to check the degree of mastering the material.
