«Attracting of the Deposits» is the training course for The Renaissance Credit Bank*, aimed to create effective sales skills among the company’s employees.
In order to increase the interest in learning, we gamified our training course and introduced the system of motivation. In order to complete course successfully, users need to fulfill the direct deposit plan.
e-Course training is close to real-life situations as much as possible, which makes learning process much more authentic.
Every meeting with the customer – both in life and in our course – is unique. In some cases, the learners are encouraged to observe the perfect dialogue of the characters and make exercises, in other to design their own dialogue. At the same time, a learner is not afraid to make mistakes. There is always a chance to improve the results.
