«The Recruitment Procedure» is the distance-learning course for the “Interpipe” metallurgical company.
We have created the interactive course with the multi-level structure organized according to the approved algorithm of recruitment procedure in the Interpipe Company. All the stages of the process and its direct participants were visualized on the course map. In that way, moving on the map, students consistently pass all stages of the recruitment procedure. Watching after the course heroes, they see how the employees of the company form the application exchange messages, make decisions about hiring and hold meetings at their workplaces.
At the end of the course, users take a test in order to see how well they have learned the material.
