Custom eLearning Course: “Sales and Customer Service Standards”
«Sales and customer service standards» is the elearning course for «Raiffeisen Bank Aval».
We have presented the imaginary bank employees as the course narrators. These characters played the role of colleagues who help users develop sales and service skills. We have ensured a high level of confidence presenting educational information with a help of the experienced mentors.
Each stage of interaction with the client is illustrated by examples and practical exercises.
Easy course navigation allows user to move freely from one course topic to another in order to fix or repeat the material.
The final test allows to determine the success of training; all the tasks are available at the end of the elearning course.
