Interactive Video Simulator: “5P Strategy”

«5P Strategy» is an interactive simulator for GSK (GlaxoSmithKline).

In order to help employees master the skills of dealing with customer objections on the basis of the 5P strategy, we used the format most suitable for these learning purposes – an interactive game simulator. It is built on interactive gaming elements – several characters, a specific task and a branching plot, which develops depending on the user’s responses.

Each character’s replica is a separate video fragment; professional actors took part in its recording. Thus, the optimal conditions for the complete immersion of the user in the situation of sale are created.

As a result of the dialogue, the participant receives an exhaustive feedback – a comment about the quality of each step in constructing a conversation with the client.
