We are glad to represent our new project – the e-Learning course “Decorative Plaster Ceresit”, that was developed for Henkel Ukraine.
The course is intended to train sales representatives about the range of Ceresit decorative plasters, their differences and advantages. It consists of several sections with all the necessary theoretical information, the mechanics of product selection depended on the client’s needs, and recommendations for sales of plasters. Each seller will learn how to the use the Ceresit plasters for finishing the facade. It will help to improve the quality of customer service and to increase profitability.
